Please join us at the last meeting of the year for an entertaining presentation from Hennepin County. Jason Pieper, Sierra Saunders, and Bob Byers will showcase how county staff interact with the public and will also demonstrate the "crosswalk request tracking website" hosted on their intranet. Note: this may involve going through an interactive similuation exercise. Following their presentation we'll open the floor for committee members to discuss and share their own experiences with tracking and following up on resident requests.
