Join us for the August 2026 NCITE section meeting at Surly Brewing which will include a presentation on the Highway 10 Ramsey Gateway Project. The two-year construction project included two grade-separated interchanges at Ramsey Boulevard and Sunfish Lake Boulevard that replaced existing signalized intersections. At-grade BNSF railway crossings on Ramsey Boulevard and Sunfish Lake Boulevard were also grade-separated. The Sunfish Lake Boulevard interchange was opened in November 2024; the Ramsey Boulevard interchange was opened in September 2025.
